Lexi was an amazing addition to my hospital labor and delivery.  She helped create a relaxed, stress-free environment in the room and really helped me get into a relaxed "head space" through each contraction and during the pushing.  All of this started even before it was time to deliver; the resources, texts, and in-person meetings were very valuable to me and really helped me mentally prepare for delivery.  Had Lexi not been there, I definitely do not think things would have gone as smoothly and perfectly.  And I truly feel that everyone who was meant to be present/involved was there for my sons birth and the top of that list includes Lexi!  If I ever have a second child, there is no doubt in my mind that I'll want to work with her again.  Her demeanor is exactly what is needed for this role during the birthing experience.
